Primary RSHE Delivery

Primary RSHE Workshops That Empower, Educate and Support

Delivering age-appropriate, engaging and inclusive sessions for KS1 & KS2

Welcome to cherubteacherrshe.co.uk— where primary RSHE (Relationships, Sex and Health Education) is delivered with care, clarity, and confidence.

I offer high-quality, age-appropriate RSHE workshops designed to support children's understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the world around them. Through interactive and sensitive sessions, I help pupils develop the knowledge, vocabulary, and confidence to navigate life's changes and challenges safely and respectfully.

Workshop topics include:

  • Body Boundaries & Consent – understanding personal space, recognising safe and unsafe touch, and learning how to give and seek consent in everyday situations

  • Puberty & Body Changes – age-appropriate guidance on the emotional and physical changes that happen as we grow

  • Caring Friendships & Respect – exploring what makes a healthy friendship, how to resolve conflicts, and how to treat others with kindness and respect

  • Emotional Wellbeing – helping children identify, express and manage their feelings, and understand how to seek help when needed

  • Online Safety – teaching children how to stay safe, act responsibly, and recognise risks in digital spaces

All workshops are delivered by an experienced practitioner, allowing for a personal, expert and trusted approach. Sessions are inclusive, interactive, and tailored to suit the age and stage of each group — whether in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.

Whether you're looking to enhance your RSHE provision or bring expert-led sessions into your school, I'm here to support your pupils' development in a safe, respectful and engaging way.
